Real Estate Photography Lens

Professional Real Estate Photography is consistently receiving top ratings in virtually every online list about how to earn money as a professional photographer. The real estate industry is exploding, and consequently, the demand for professional real estate photography has also gone up. The point of real estate photography isn't to sell homes to people, but it is to show the potential buyer how beautiful and unique the home is to them.

For example, one of my favorite clients is the San Francisco Giants baseball team. Their season ticket holders wish to have real estate photos of their favourite players, so they ask me to take the photographs together during home games. I have a good deal of fun doing this, but my main focus is taking exactly the same lens on every different photo, so that everything looks uniform. If I were to take the identical lens on all the different photographs, it would appear unnatural.

Real Estate Photography Cost

When people come to real estate professional photographers, they want a cohesive photo package. My basic job is to suggest a model, and show the customer how to use their lighting. Most professional real estate photographers already use some sort of lighting setup to light their clients. It's just something which makes their photographs more professional looking and visually appealing. I typically won't do the lighting myself unless the client requests it. I think it's important because it shows professionalism.

There are quite a few other facets of professional real estate photography which I'm not going to touch on here. I am able to talk extensively about white backgrounds, black backgrounds, and lens options. However, what I'd like to share with you now is why people choose to use a real estate professional photographers to get their real estate photos taken.

The 3D Pros

There are many benefits to using photographers to take your home buyer's images for you. First of all, most photographers will charge you only a flat rate fee for the whole photography shoot (not per picture) even if you hire them for a number of different visits. Another great advantage to hiring professionals to picture your home buyers is they already know precisely how to approach each individual in your photo shoot, so you will not need to waste time trying to figure out how to pose or how to hold someone perfectly.

The final reason that people choose to have their home photos taken by professionals is because the results speak for themselves. You can really see what a great job the photographer did just by taking a look at the photos. When you're looking to advertise your home with real estate photos, selecting a great real estate photographer is certainly the way to go.
